Chinese, please!

It's nice to have yet another Chinese recipe on hand -- a good one, that is. This one definitely fits the bill.

Modifications:

None. Nada. Zippo.

Preparation:

So easy, I could have never possibly thought of it myself. I did shorten the time for the veggies -- I found the 5-6 minutes was a bit long to keep some of that sought-after crunch. As always, the cashews were delightful, and the chicken thighs tender. Yummo!

The Verdict:

O.M.G. Outstanding, Mouth-watering, Goodness! I will definitely be making this one again, perhaps, as you said, with some changes in the veggies (or not). This easy tasty recipe is exactly what I had hoped would be discovered in our culinary adventures. Good pick, homegirl! An enthusiastic 4.5 "ooh-crank-dat-soya-sauces" out of 5.

  1. I tried this one again and added some bok choy. The bok choy is a watery vegetable, so you have to watch carefully (or perhaps even stirfry in its own pan), but it goes beautifully with the dish.
