Modifications:
I added a couple of garlic cloves, used cheated low-sodium beef and chicken broths (from a carton), and eliminated the mushrooms (surprise, surprise).
Preparation:
I am loving the simple prep as of late! I kept this a one-saucepan job.
The Verdict:
Perfection. Somehow, the broth/filling ratio worked out perfectly, and with the seasoning just right. For the record, Fok rates this recipe a 5/5. On the coattails of the Pad Thai success, I can't quite get there. And because it's not Fok's blog, well, let's settle on a 4.5 out of 5.
