One tomato, two tomatoes, three tomatoes... A trip to the Market

Does the recipe for next week say "one" tomato? Or half a bushel? That's right, I am the proud owner of HALF A BUSHEL of tomatoes (pictured below with 10 pounds of apples for perspective). Martha Stewart will be schooling me in homemade tomato sauce (grow, little herb garden, grow quickly!) and there may be some delicious chili from tomatoes diced by moi.

  1. Update: I have now made pico de gallo (mmmm, Mexican memories) and marinara sauce. Pretty easy!
